have no problem with the idea that the U.S. is flying drones over Iran to collect intelligence. But it's really silly to pretended that we're the aggrieved party here.

The Obama administration wants its spy drone back:

'â??We submitted a formal request for the return of our lost equipment as we would in any situation to any government around the world,â? Clinton told reporters at a State Department news conference with British Foreign Secretary William Hague.

â??Given Iranâ??s behavior to date we do not expect them to comply but we are dealing with all of these provocations and concerning actions taken by Iran in close concert with our closest allies and partners,â? she said.

I have no problem with the idea that the U.S. is flying drones over Iran to collect intelligence. But it's really silly to pretend that we're the aggrieved party here. The U.S. violated Iranian airspace, we should have no reason to expect the drone back. The administration really should just keep quiet about the whole thing.
