Brazil's Lula remains popular
Fresh off something of a diplomatic triumph, Brazil's President is riding high:
'Public support for Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva continues to grow as he heads to the final days of his tenure, according to a poll by Instituto Sensus. 83.7 per cent of respondents approve of Lulaâ??s performance as president, up two points since January.'
