ANNE BAYEFSKY: 34 Israelis dead, 394 injured over the past five months. And what we have is a failure to even call it terrorism.

And we have to ask, "What is Biden doing there?" He was...before him was Samantha Power. They're cycling through Israel. Why? Because the president wants to leave...he still thinking in terms of the legacy. He's trying to tie the hands of the next president behind his or her back. He's hoping to use the U.N. Security Council as a Sword of Damocles over Israel's head.

And so, it's hard to get excited about the fact that the Vice President thinks killing an American vet is not a good idea.
