Highlighting humanitarian efforts in Libya, President Obama said Monday in Chile that the U.S. is involved in Libya in co-ordinance with a United Nations resolution and that the transfer of power from the U.S. to allies would happen in days. Obama also spoke about the role of the Arab League in efforts in Libya.
