This week's deadly shooting of 10 tourists (including one American) serves as a reminder that Pakistan isn't the most welcoming place in the world for foreigners. Despite having several of the world's highest and most beautiful mountain peaks -- a draw for climbers and adventure seekers -- certain parts of the country remain risky for visitors. The World Economic Forum ranked Pakistan as the seventh least welcoming country for tourists.
