Australia
While Australia has dropped in Save the Children's rankings (they placed as high as second in 2010), the country continued to score well across most of the group's metrics. Australia is one of the leading donors when it comes to international aid for newborn babies, behind Canada and the U.S. They have also begun to emphasize breast-feeding, a trend which Save the Children says has jumped from the developing world to states like the U.S., New Zealand and others.
